Shipping policy

At Southern Days we strive to provide you with the best experience possible. Below is our shipping  policy.

  1. Lost or stolen packages: If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping co. directly to file a claim. once the file is claimed they will reach out to us and we can try our best to get you a replacement.
  2. Shipping Delays: We do our best to ship orders promptly. However unforeseen delays can occur due to weather and carrier issues. If package is delayed please contact us for assistance in tracking it.
  3. Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your item is shipped. 
  4. Please make sure your delivery Address is correct before placing your order. We can make an effort to modify/change the delivery address after your order is placed but it is NOT Guaranteed that we can make them. We make every effort to respond to emails within 48-72 hours, excluding weekends. Thank you for your understanding! Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
