Shipping policy
At Southern Days we strive to provide you with the best experience possible. Below is our shipping policy.
- Lost or stolen packages: If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping co. directly to file a claim. once the file is claimed they will reach out to us and we can try our best to get you a replacement.
- Shipping Delays: We do our best to ship orders promptly. However unforeseen delays can occur due to weather and carrier issues. If package is delayed please contact us for assistance in tracking it.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your item is shipped.
- Please make sure your delivery Address is correct before placing your order. We can make an effort to modify/change the delivery address after your order is placed but it is NOT Guaranteed that we can make them.
